"Our driver was excellent and arrived on time. The problem was with the booking team. I received several messages from an unknown number during the afternoon on the day before the booking from an unknown number in India. I was busy at work and did not have the time to deal with this but I was informed that I would need to pay more money. This is unacceptable as u didn't know if it was a scam initially. I then had to make time during my busy day to try ri call taxicode to establish what the problem was. I had booked for 10 large suitcases and 4 carry ons. When the driver had messaged me the day before asking me to send pictures. I did this and said there were 12 cases in total. Apparently this therefore led to me being asked to pay an additional £15 in cash to the driver. This is unacceptable and mde me unsure as to whether we would be getting our taxi. In fact the total number of cases was less than I had originally said in the booking. We had 8 large suitcases and 4 smaller ones. The confusion was unpleasant as I was having to call various numbers at a time I should have been focusing on preparations for the trip. The booking had been made weeks before. We did end up giving the driver a trip but I found the experience unacceptable "
