"Vehicles generally arrived 5-10 minutes later than originally booked, and they asked for a £5 waiting fee as we asked one taxi to wait for a late running train to come into the station (but that car itself arrived late). However, crucially, the communication with the taxi company was excellent. We were in constant communication on Whatsapp, I was sent driver details and all vehicles were an excellent standard. I am very happy with the service"
