"We arrived early so walked to the carpark to be picked up. Driver was exactly on time as per booking and was courteous and polite. We had understood that meet and greet was included so it's a shame the extra 5 pound charge for parking pick up wasn't explained until driver confirmation. Otherwise - good service"
